We ship small to medium orders by FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We do not markup shipping prices, our website queries the shipper’s website which calculates the price based on weight and dimensions. It isn’t 100% accurate so if you have questions about shipping costs feel free to contact us by phone.

We can also ship using your UPS or FedEx account number.

Larger orders are shipped by LTL common carrier.

We try our best to get orders shipped out quickly. Usually, orders take approximately 3-5 days for processing. Sometimes due to high order volume it may take a little longer to get your order out. 

If your order requires any processing i.e., cutting or dowel turning, this will take additional time.

If your order is time sensitive please reach out by phone to see if we can accommodate your request.

Our hours of operation are Mon-Thru from 7:00am – 5:30pm EST   – This means if you place your order after 12pm on a Thursday, it will not be seen or begin to be processed until the following Monday.
